Threathing me with Summons

I have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan SA and demands I pay them R1360.<br> They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything, and then they went and obtained my banking details and personal details without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.Surely the court should look at if this is legal. How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them.<br> <br> I have send emails to Loan Scout and Lifestyle Legal several times saying i never asked for any of this services so i wont pay. Till today no one has phoned me. But i keep getting emails and sms to threaten me and i will not pay a cent for this **** i am getting from them as no one can make contact with me about my emails!!!!<br> <br> I say that both Lifestyle Legal and Loan Scout SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law.<br>
