Threat and Harrasment

I have also been receiving threatening SMS's from Lifestyle Legal. I have never completed or agreed to anything regarding a Loan. Their SMS's state I should refer to my emails, but they clearly don't have my email address because I haven't received anything. They note that i will be issued with a Summons and failure to pay my account. I don't have an account and I don't know what they are referring to??? This should be looked into and sorted.
