SUMMONS BEING SENT TO A DEAD PERSON ???

<p>Good afternoon </p> <p>I keep on getting sms's stating that if Mr S...... doesn't pay his account then a summons will be served ........ there is no phone number or reference to who this money is owed to ......... I sent an email to ********** giving the reference they give ......... no reply from them - I tell them that Mr S has been gone for 9 years & I do not owe anyone ........ still no reply but alas tonight @ 18h48 I get another sms :-</p> <p>WE HAVE INSTRUCTED OUR LEGAL TEAM TO ISSUE SUMMONS AGAINS YOU, WHICH SUMMONS WILL BE SERVED ON YOU BY THE SHERIF OF THE COURT. KINDLY CHECK YOUR EMAIL. ********** <p>Still no reference as to who this money is owed to or a telephone number. The fact that I told them that I am a female & that the phone number they keep on smsing to is my number & has never belonged o a Mr is irrelevant !!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
