Spam emails and debt!!

Lifestyle legal has been claiming thati owe them since 2016 ,they've been saying I took a loan on some loan connector or some sort ,And I have never taken any loan , I don't even remember that money going in my bank account . They are busy ruining my name,sending me summons that I should pay R1581 which I do not know of. Now they have listed a default judgment under my ITC status!!! This is really frustrating!
