Good day,

For a year now I have been getting emails from these people claiming that I owe them money and they will be taking me to court if I don't pay.

When I reply to the email I get a response saying I will be contacted in 48 hours. This has never happened. I have requested call backs, still nothing. I want to know how I came about owing them and all their details but I never get a response.
