Good day In 2015 i browsed the internet and came accross a loan company called SA Loan Scouts. I completed the application just on the site Without signing documents, did not send them my ID or any documents non whatsoever. About 2 weeks later i received an email saying i owe them R1360. I was shocked because i did not receive any service back no loan no telephonic conversation nothing! They handed me over to their lawyers which is Lifestyle legal and they have been threathening me ever since. I googled them and their name took me straight to Hello peter and there was alot of bad reports and complaints about them and that they are ****** and ******* debit orders and the list go on. I them contacted scorpion legal, they send them a power of attorney form to be signed but apparently they could not open the attachment( i have this on email) My laywer then advise not to pay attention to their threats, they even sent me a **** court summons via email. Today 3 November 2017 i received a sms saying that they have listed me on Transunion, i phoned Transunion and yes i am listed for just browsing the internet. According to Lifestyle legal they have my digital signature but this could not be provided when my laywer requested this from them. This is so wrong. I am willing to sue them for blacklisting me.I am busy sorting this out with Transunion, Regards
