I have been receiving emails since 2015 from SA Lifestyle Legal (PTY) LTD demanding and threatening i owe them 3 sets of amounts over R2000.00 i have been under debt review since 2011 im unemployed since 2013 February 28. the phone number used is out of service since 2015 February or march the bank account nr that on is also been closed . I have emailed them since then until end September 2018 with no luck in communication. i have received a an email again from them and then i started to block them. i emailed them to send me proof of the application where i have signed in my handwriting to confirm that i took out these 3 products or services the email i got returned did not have a copy of proof of address did not have a copy of my id also the application form did not had my signature on it it stated an online application i mean is this even legal. but any way i did not apply for any service or product and also i have not received any product or service from them. they have send me an email yesterday 24 October 2018 please read below. i have send them an email which i have included 880 media and also the *****s Department of South Africa. o and by the way the have made my name bad on the credit-burro. I would like to advice all South Africans that have been ****med to take legal action against this company as im not letting this one slide. i have also told them that im waiting patiently for their summons as i want to show all emails and my emails to the court and that i will also take them to the highest court of South Africa. i will also open a case against them for harassment Monday to Sunday where i receive average 10 emails from them a day.
