Ridiculous Business Practices

My experience with this company has been beyond ridiculous. Not only have I had to pay them TWICE for fear of being blacklisted but they charged me for confirmation emails to say they recieved payment. A minuscule amount of money yes but still. They are a **** company but unfortunately our laws haven't caught up to them and instead we have to pay. Sad.
