Refuse to make arrangement

Lifestyle legal refuse to make an arrangement to pay account monthly....I wont be able to pay what they want me to pay but i can atleast pay something then nothing at all,i get everyday threathening emails and sms about they giong to blacklist and summons me.So i would like someone to consider me because i dont have the money they want,if they dont want to have an agreement with me to pay then theres nothing i can do.I will pay when i can and how much i can
