I don't know to go about doing this or resolving this... I have received the attached document and I have called them more than 10 times, they have an answering service then the phone cuts off. I have sent them several emails with no reply. My mother and boss has also tried, my mom is now in hospital due to the stress. I have no idea who they are or what they do as I have never heard of them. Please help me to resolve the issue.
