Please help me get a legal firm off my back

<p>Last year August or so I app**** online www.loanscoutsa.co.za amongst other online sites.i decided to cancel the application.the site asked for my personal details including my banking info.a month later I started to get debit orders running which I didn't know why.i kept reversing them.to the amount of 399 at a time or R429..i changed my account.but a little after that I kept getting emails from their collection firm for being handed over and listed.i didn't see any charge just for applications.i tried to call a lifestyle legal manager who didn't give a name and eventually refused to help and cut the call on my manager.i am about to loose my job because of my itc status.can anyone help me.i have all the emails.this is harrasment </p>
