Please assist i did not aggree to this

I did not apply for a loan or legal assistance as my domestic worker asked for help in a loan so I checked this site out for her to advice her if its in order or not and now they say I clicked on the site to be a member in case you need legal assistance. I do not need that as I am working at a law firm for the past 19 years and now they want to summons me for this legal services that I do not need, they refused to understand and to see what my reason was and I have to pay them almost R2000.00 now what I don't have due to medical expenses that took place in July 2019 after my husband try to commit suicide He was in ICU for almost 4 days and the medical aid does not want to pay, please assist me with this matter
