Payment due to Lifestyle legal

Keep on receiving phone calls and emails requesting money due to Lifestyle legal on behalf of Loanhub SA apparently if you click agree its a digital signature and your IP address is also a digital signature... biggest bunch of hogwash I have ever heard. Is this legal..... there is no signed signature. Al my colleagues and friends are experiencing the same thing with this company.... Think I must refer to the matter to consumer protection and find out if this is legal. Does anyone else have the same problem with Lifestyle legal. This is uncalled for with the amount of emails and phone calls I am receiving. Can something be done to protect our rights as consumers?
