Over charging after account is settled

I have paid and settled my account with a client of Lifestyle Legal since 12 June 2017 I am still getting letters them threat3ening o take me to High Court and Blacklist me for R285.50. No formal Summons were served to me but I keep getting emails once in 6 months. I have cancelled their client services Loanmatch in January 2017 and have proof of settlement payment but all this is ignored and I still get letters of threats.

Lifestyle Legal does not even explain what the owed money is for, there is no invoice for this but just broad day *******.

These people do not seem to be professional they are **** no proper communication from them nor good customer service.
