This company lifestyle legal is demanding money from me, from a company who claims that i took out a contract with them Loan Spotter SA, on enquiry to lyfestyle legal they don't respond to any of my emails on who took out the contract all they could tell me when i phoned them after not receiving any responses to any of my emails, is get a lawyer as someone app**** with my details on this loan spotter sa website and i am responsible for this account. I told them i have not signed up for anything on this site and the consultant who refused to give me his name just told me its not their problem i am the one and i need to sort this out. So i am asking anyone out there who knows what loan spotter sa does or who can advise me on where in heavens name do these people gets ones details and just demands money for a service you don't know anything about. They claim they have been sending me emails and text message for the last year and the only message i did received i responded to, to enquire regards who app**** for this and did the individual submit a copy of my id or was the contract signed by me, did i provide any other personal details apart from the details they have on the system and the consultant at lyfestyle legal said no all they have is an online approval application and i asked him how is it possible that i never received any telephone communication to this to verify if it was me and once again he could not answer me, i asked him to call me back and to date i have not received a call back from him.
