Notice of judgement for no reason

I went online to apply for a personal loan. I clicked on a link for sapersonal loan then 2months later i receive an email from sapersonal loan saying i owe them about 1200 even though i didn't end up taking a loan online.i then received an email and an sms of demand from lifestyle legal. I responded via email twice asking for clarity for the amount i owe because i did not take up anything or sign up for anything.i was merely looking gor a loan. To this day i haven't received a response however im niw receiving emails and sms advising that there will be a judgement against my name.this company is quick to send me correspondence however they are not responding to my question.what is the money for. As far as i know i don't owe them anything and i don't know the reason for their demand.
