No services rendered

Good day ive made some enquiries in august regarding debt consoludation, and came across loanmatch that handed me over to lifestyle legal for aparently services rendered. There was no such thing rendered and now they demand i pay R1620.00 and now they want to take me to court also. Im still waiting for services to be rendered. Pleaee can you help me investigate this because im between a rock and a hard place.
