no responce to my emails

I tried to take a loan with the loan tracer..there was a fee that i needed to pay of R99 but they never deducted the amount eventually i got emails saying they will take legal action, everytime they send me an email i respond by asking how i can pay that money that is outstanding and if i can pay it off....today i received an email saying i have a waiting court summons if i dont pay the money back in three days...other nk this pathetic cause they do not respond, they read the messages but choose not to respond.
