NO ANSWER / NO FEEDBACK

My fiance was listed on ITC by the company, he has been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday to get documents from them to settle the debt in order for him to get his name cleared, finally got through and now he is still waiting for documents that had to be sent, today he is once again struggling to get a hold of anyone to assist. This is very poor service I must say, a company is very quick to list you on ITC but does nothing to help the customer settle his debt nor was informed of the listing, pathetic!!!
