MONEY OWED THAT I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF AND I'M UNEMPLOYED

From 2016/2017 I have been receiving calls from these guys saying I owe outstanding money for a loan I took out in 2015/2016, within that time I was unemployed and un able to provide the documents required to take out any loans. like salary slips and so forth, So I would like to know what the hell am I been charged for because this has been place on my credit record with transunion... I will not pay any money to lifestyle legal as I have no knowledge of this application and also my credit report with Transunion shows that I am married and I haven't been married a day in my life. The total for this account is R4500 and I would like you'll to remove it as you'll will not be getting any payment from me as this was not me that app**** for any loans as I am unemployed and not working from 2015 March 31st. Please can you'll have this removed from my credit record at Transunion. I am unable to find a job due to you people at lifestyle legal. I am so sick and tired of this lifestyle legal and their bull**** story now. also I want to know who the hell is this Nandie lady that has placed three different amounts owed on my name totaling to R4500? SORT THIS OUT NOW BECAUSE I DON'T OWE NOTHING.
