Loan Tracer is a **** and Lifestyle Legal supports it

I tried to apply for a loan beginning of this year. I found this website and service called Loan Tracer that helps you find loans. I should have known better than to get involved with a site like this, because the experience has been a nightmare.

When speaking to a consultant, they told me that a service fee of R300 something rand would be collected if the loan is approved. They also stated that the phone call has been recorded as it is law to do so. I never agreed verbally to an amount of R114.00 that has been *******ly deducted from my bank account every month.

They stated I agreed to it on the website in the Terms and Conditions. Which I did not. I also did not receive a service as they stated in the Terms and Conditions. I have read on numerous sites that this is a ****. I tried contacting them as well as Lifestyle Legal to resolve matters but got no reply. As if the companies don't exist. I e-mail Lifestyle Legal and get automative responses. They keep harassing me and demand payment or they will blacklist me.

Please assist me. I can't take this sort of service anymore and will have to seek legal advice against these ********** companies and help others that may experience the same ****.
