Listed as default

Some ***** company had access to my ID and they now listed me as a default on ITC records,, I want that to be removed and I sue them.

I asked for the proof to show where the paid the money was paid, they did not provide me with feedback.

I would like them to show me a proof and how come they said I owe them. We can pull my credit record , I never had loan with them , they ****med my details online these people ,
