This company is an absolute joke. you never get responses to your emails and when you do actually get through to the call centre you are met with absolute disinterested agents. My account was settled in full 2 months ago. I called and was advised that the payment has been received and that it should be cleared. I have again received a threatening email and when I called and spoke to a very unhelpful Ambrose who informs me the payment has not been processed. What kind of a firm is this????? How can they possibly still be in business?
