Lifestyle Legal - shocking email response

I am also one of those that was '****med' by Loan Finder - my wife and I were searching for an additional loan to cover a wedding. I assumed that the service offered by the fore said website, was similar to others (e.g. Hippo.com, etc). I am willing to pay the outstanding fee as per Lifestyle Legal calculations just to get them out of my life but am overseas at the moment so I rely on email communication. All I get is a TICKET NUMBER with a promise of return contact within 48 hours....that never happens. The only response is another email of 'final demand'. If a company has an email under their Contact list, then surely one would expect them to actually use it? My advise to anyone out there seeking to secure a loan for whatever reason at all...do not use anything attached to Loan Finder or likewise providers. They are going to **** you out of at least R1300.00 for doing nothing to you. Surely these types of companies are not compliant with the Consumer Act which stipulates that there must be value given with any service offered for a cost? But...just stay away and warn all your family and friends too.
