Lifestyle Legal ****

I have been recieving threatening emails from Lifestyle Legal. They've been inboxing me e-mails almost weekly for more than 3 months now, saying that I owe them money for a service which they did not render. I've called them and responded to their claims by asking for proof and they have failed to get back to me. I've recently recieved a court summons.

When I asked a colleague of mine about it, she said that she also recieved it and paid. Is there a way this can be solved instead if me getting a lawyer and going to court because thats just absolutely absurd!! Do I now have to spend money to get rid of a mark against my name, which was wrongfully and *******ly set against me!?

This is unjust and it is a ****!! There has to be a way to shut these people down. It is ******** in every way!! Please help, justice must be served.
