Lifestyle Legal Ruined my life

Good Day My name is Vuyani Wiseman Martins, I recently found out that I was blacklisted when I came back from an inteview @ ABSA. I was told that I was blacklisted by Lifestyle Legal and I owe them money. Lifestyle Legal has been trying to collect from me for the past 2 years and I have been telling me that I dont owe them anything, and they should provide me with proof that I requested their services and still today I haven't recieved any correspondence from them, My life is mess now because I cant find a job as an Underwritter because Im blacklisted and my kids are staerving due to that I now have to work Dead end jobs because of some ******** company that Is reaping off people. Please assist me since I cant get hold of the company and I really need to solve this issue because I need to feed my family. My wife also left me because I cant provide for my Family anymore. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
