Lifestyle Legal Ltd DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OF LOAN THEY NEVER PAID OUT

I WENT ONLINE TO APPLY FOR A LOAN A FEW YEARS AGO. I CAME ACCROSS Capital Lifestyle Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a Lifestyle Legal AND I FILLED IN THE APPLICATION FORM. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTED TO FINALISE MY APPLICATION AND I WAITED AND WAITED TO NO AVAIL. AT THE END OF THE MONTH I SAW A DEBIT ORDER GOING OFF FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WOULD DEBOT MY ACCOUNT YET I DID NOT RECEIVE THE LOAN. I THEN REVERSED THE DEBIT ORDER BUT THEY KEPT ON DEBITING MY ACCOUNT UNTIL I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. A FEW MONTHS LATER THEY STARTED SENDING LETTERS DEMANDING PAYMENTS AND WHEN I ASKED WHAT THE PAYMENT WAS FOR THEY ADVISED THAT THEY PROVIDED ME WITH SOME PRODUCT WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. NOW THEY ARE THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT. I WANT THIS COMPANY TO STOP HARRASSING ME BY DEMANDING A PAYMENT FROM ME AND REMOVE MY NAME FROM ITC.
