Lifestyle legal & Loan Connector ****!

I have been receiving threatening emails and court summons from a company called lifestyle legal. I have never been contacted by Loan connector and told that I am being charged for Inquiry i made online. I was looking for a loan and app**** through various companies an ad popped up for loan locator and I completed an inquiry form that It i did not take out a loan or apply for one I am now being charged R1632.00 for an inquiry and I am getting fed up of all the threatening emails I am receiving from them. I called lifestyle legal and the person I spoke to was ****ing rude he spoke over me when i tried to talk where it got to a point where I had to scream at him because he kept going on.

How do I resolve the issue as I was told that I will be receiving a court summons from the sheriff. So I told the guy no problem send it to me.
