Lifestyle Legal - Are they legal or span?

I too am receiving threatening emails from Lifestyle Legal stating that I owe them money, however I have never signed or agreed to anything. I have emailed them to state my case, they ignore my emails and never respond. I have phoned them and three times I have had the phone put down on me from one of their (bogus) consultants it seems. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Can anyone clarify whether they are legal or not, it sounds like a ******** money making scheme to me!
