Life Style Legal is a total **** and needs to be investigated. I have never app**** for a policy with them and don't even know the services they offer. They logged a dispute against my ITC profile of R1693.97 . I am unaware of any policy or product i took up with them and hence totally shocked by their ********* and ********** business conduct. After discovering the dispute, I contacted the call center to request for proof of my application and spoke to a lady by the name of Lee-Ann Williams who is apparently a manager. I requested her to investigate my query but she was rude and adamant that i app**** for a Policy with them without any proof. She insisted that she had the IP address of the computer that i had app**** for a policy with them on-line but failed to reveal the details to me. I requested for the proof to be emailed to me but to date have not received any proof.I have been harassed by this company daily by emails and letters of threats by them to take further legal action for a policy i didn't apply for. This is totally ********* and against the consumer protect act. This company should be investigated and sued for ********* business practice . I am not even aware of the service they're providing and why i am liable for the amount they have disputed against my name. Again, they don't even entertain any complaints from customers.
