Letter of demand

For the past few days I have been receiving threatening emails from lifestyle legal stating I owe them money and I must pay within 3 days or they will blacklist me. Attached are draught summons. I never authorised a debit order or even given them my personal details. This is ridiculous! I have emailed them asking for them to provide me with the documentation. Has anyone been summoned or blacklisted from this??
