Family member received a SUMMONS via email from Lifestyle Legal on 27 July 2019.. Request was sent for full documentation concerning the amount being summonsed for to which Lifestyle Legal rep**** that email was received and response would be within 48-72 hours (NO REPLY GIVEN). On 06 August a SUMMONS dated 30 July 2019 was received via email for the same matter. Reply was sent to Lifestyle Legal requesting the documentation and attachment of their previous email was sent advising that no reply is given from their office for documentation needed, however they can send SUMMONS via email. HOW DO THEY HANDLE ADMINISTRATION. Why does their system send an TICKET RECEIVED whereon it states that the matter will be responded to within 48-72 hours but no REPLY is given. Is this a ****?
