ITC LISTING AND THREATENING EMAILS

I have been receiving a number of emails from them for a "service rendered" which I never received and also a loan I never got. They have also listed me on Transunion for by the same person for 2 different amounts and 1 account number. Called the call centre and was less than impressed with the agent advising me they will only remove my name if I enter into arrangements with them and trying to school me on how to use Google?... Just imagine... Anyone else experiencing this?... They **** people by lying and then you battle to have your name cleared...
