I did not sign up for a loan (terms and conditions

last year I was looking for a loan and got to a site where the offer loan on line. I was very clear online my search that I read the terms and conditions and if want an upfront payment then it is a **** like another one that conned me from Durban. The only difference with this one you need to capture all your details and before you could even agree to the terms and condition their site stores or send your information to them. I went on to the terms and conditions and that is when i did not even bother proceeding with the application because I wouldnt be able to pay a once of for 399.99 and then followed up by 199 every month. hence i was looking for a loan. This company has stored my information without my permission requesting me to pay them or else they are handing me over. I want justice to be done because i can actually see that if we dont come up and bring awareness about this how many are being conned into these. This is the account number they have given me *** and still strongly say i am taking this further to Ombudsman and will sue them for deformation of character and should they list me because I am looking for a job right now will also sue for loss of income.
