lifestyle legal keeps emailing me regarding an amount that i am partially liable for from a service provider call "loan picker SA" they have sent me countless email demanding payment for services i didn't receive, i asked them countless times that this service was taken and canceled within a week because loan picker SA did not do their job and assist me with finding a loan provider so i called in and canceled. 2 months after i canceled i have been constantly harassed by Loan Picker SA and when i tried to advise them that i canceled i got no assistance there after i was just handed over and then i now am being constantly harassed by lifestyle legal when i am asking for the call recordings they are not assisting me but want me to pay??? how is that fair, the whole point of call recordings is for the safety of the customer and service provider and i have a right to hear that recording to prove that i did in fact cancel if there was no note made on their side its not y problem or should it affect me in anyway because i did my part. lifestyle legal is ridiculous in their customer service because when i emailed them they never responded and when i called in the agent only said i have to find my proof that it was cancelled which is ridiculous because they should know better called recordings are kept for the minimum of 5 years before being erased and i have rights according to the FAIS act i have a right to demand that recording and for it to be found.
