Handed over for something I do not know

<p> Laste year October or so around this date I had app**** for a loan online , it turns out I app**** for a loan finding service however the marketing info on the website is not clear it does not tell you this. I then had about 2 debit order that were debited from my account for R360 each. The second time I saw the debit order I reversed it and stoped the debit order. I have since been recieveing Emails threatning to hand me over to ITC because I have to pay this amount. What I would like to know is why do they mislead people on their website? and also They have never found a loan for me.. What service am i then paying for if I did not get any service???</p>
