Hi the same has happened to me. Capital Lifestyle Legal t/a Lifestyle Legal has been sms-ing me almost everyday to claim payment on an apparent service that I have supposedly requested from them. The service being a search for loans, which I never received. I want them dealt with please, they need to send me a contract with my signature to prove their claim. They claim I owe them R1427.20 for services rendered. I am NOT going to pay a cent over to them, even though they threaten to blacklist me. This type of claim is *******. This company must be dealt with in court.
