First Lifestyle Legal sends me demanding letters and then places a default listing on my ITC report for something I have never agreed to. I tried to explain the situation to Tony Adams at Lifestyle Legal but as such, this person started shouting at me and also demanded that I make payment immediately. After being treated as garbage, I decided to pay the amount which Lifestyle Legal was demanding just to have the Default listing removed from my ITC report seeming these people do not listen to reason. I have paid the R 578.55 and sent them the proof of payment to which Lifestyle Legal advised that the default listing will be removed from my ITC report within seven working days. We are now past the seven working days and the default has not yet been removed from my ITC report. When I phoned Lifestyle Legal, the consultants just put the phone down in my ear and refuses to take any of my calls after that. I have paid you in full and I demand that this default listing be removed from my ITC report with immediate affect!
