Good day

So my sister got emails from them saying she owes money... In the summons they don't state for what she owes the money for or for any company that she might owe money to. She has no debt or is not registered to anything that can relate to the money that they are speaking about. They have also not followed the legal steps in this regard. They never phoned her to make a payment arrangement or never send her a section 129 through registered post but they only send her a summons. They don't even have her address or any other information only her email name and id number. I have tried to contact them numerous times through telephone as well as emails but with no response. Also i went on the Internet do to some research about this company to get alternative contact information but with no success. I have seen that many people have complained about this company. What is there to do???????
