***** - *******ly Taking money out of my bank account!!!!!!!!!!

I get constant emails and messages from this company saying that I owe them money, threats that they are listing me on ITC, and there is a court summons pending for almost 5 months now. I have even noted that they are taking money out of my bank account, I have managed to write back 6 unauthorized debit orders, but this cost's me money every time! I have never entered a contract with them at all, I have also asked for proof that I actually have, they just ignore and keep on blasting away with text messages and emails constantly 24/7!!! I have made it clear to them that I will not pay them anything, and that they are acting ******* and out of a debt collectors practice, by also sending messages on Sunday's and the prescribed hours for debt collectors!

They ignore all and any correspondence, and just keep harassing you. The fact that they have gained access to my bank account is scary, and this is ******* and ********** activity!
