Failure to react to mails and requests

<p>I have been receiving mails directed to someone (I won't name names) with regard to an account being handed over since last year. I have contacted these people many times via mail but have never received any response and they just keep on sending me emails threatening to issue a summons and blacklist the person in question. I've contacted them telephonically countless times as well. The first time I was assured that they have removed my email address and would contact the person in question for their correct email address. A few days went by and once again I got the exact same email. I contacted them again and again. I was assured each time that my email address would or has been removed and that they would contact the person for a correct email address. The last time I called I was told by a very unfriendly woman that not only can they not remove my email address but that I should definitely know this person as we have the same surname! There are countless people not only in this country but all over the world that may have the same surname and have no relation whatsoever. As lawyers they should know the implications of sharing personal information with strangers. I definitely wouldn't appreciate it if anyone never mind people who actually know the law of this country was sharing my personal information with other people. </p>
