Emails and no help from them

<p>Ive been struggling more than a year with this company where i get emails every day saying that im going to be summons to court ive phoned this company emailed this company with no help from no one as the IP adress used to make use of this company is someone in cape town and not me and no one is helping me at this company to get rid of this problem.</p>
