Dont contact customer but get Judgement

On the 23 October I got a message for Loanspottersa saying I am in breach of my contract. I sent them a message to find out what the reason was and never got any response. Then on the 5th November I get a message from Lifestyle legal saying I have 3 days to pay the outstanding balance or a summons will be issued against me. I contacted them and told them that I am going to report them to the financial board and never received anything from them again. Then today I received the sms again threatening me to pay within 3 days or it will result in court summons being issued
My application date on the website was 30/07/2014 with Loanspotter
1. On the website of Loanspotter's terms and conditions there is only a clause 4.2 which reads the following
4.2. The 12 (twelve) month period commences from the date your service mandate and agreement has been entered into and expires 12 (twelve) months later.
There is no mention of a renewal or cancelation of this agreement

2. They sent me an email (to my old work) email address 26 October 2015 that I had to renew or cancel the agreement. Obviously because I don't have access to the email anymore I did not receive the mail but now threaten
