Do you really want to go to court?

Out of nowhere, I start getting emails demanding payment for God knows what and for a ridiculous amount of money. Upon doing my own research i discover that I allegedly signed up for some ludicrous package with a loan finding agency...

This is gob-smacking, because I'm under debt review . I know I will never be granted a loan, so looking for one would be pointless.

With that knowledge, knowing that I am financially crippled signing up for this "mystery package" would be nothing less than stupid on my behalf because I know I wouldn't be by the means to pay for it.

I still don't know what the "package" entails and I wonder where the paper contract is? This usually gets posted after a telephonic agreement has been made....
