Disgusting service and breach of confidentiality

<p>Over the past 8 days, I have asked Lifestyle Legal to PLEASE STOP sending emails to an ex employee and to forward such emails to the employees personal email account. They have continued to send these confidential emails (after me telling them that these emails can now be viewed by many other staff). </p> <p>There has been a BREACH of her confidentiality, as I have informed them of this, but they continue to do so.</p> <p>I have sent Lifestyle Legal 5 (FIVE) emails to STOP sending her emails to this address as it no longer private, yet they continue to do so.</p> <p>I then called their help (NOT HELP) line and spoke to Kim Arrow, who was rude, disinterested, distant, and seemingly ***********, and rather an embarassment to their organisation. I am sending the call recording between her and myself to the legal ombudsman as well, to ensure they are aware of the kind of service Lifestyle legal offer people who are only trying to help.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
