Disgusted in poor service and rude consultants

<p>im so dusgusted in this company...im getting emails and messages from this company that i app**** for some loan they app**** on behalf of me which i never did and never agreed to..the more i tell that to the consultants the more cheeky they get with me..i spoke to a consultant now shukri manuel and asked to speak to management and he wa like u can call back..like in reallty....i never app**** for any credit and apparently need to pay a fee R620. which i dont know about..i never recieved any correspomdance regarding them applying for a loan for me no phone calls nothing ..only up until 3 weeks ago i recieved messages and emails claiming i am handed over..i will not leave this matter like this ..please advise to what steps i can take ..as my id went missing a while ago and some one else obviously did this on behalf of me ,after all are country is messed up with *******ion and *****...i will be goin on maternity leave soon and in a email they saying they will garnish my salary and summons me ..i will not let this happen ..i never app**** for anything im debt free due to the fact that im goin on maternuity leave soon</p>
