Disgauting attitude from the staff members and unprofessionalism

There was an account which i had no idea where it came from for Lifestyle Legal. I only paid up this account cause it was sent through to ITC as a default and it was stopping from applying for any credit. I paid the account in full and closed it. I have received the paid up letter, however when i asked them when will the default be removed from ITC i was told within 7 working days i waited the 7 days and when i checked with Transunion the default was still there, i called them i was told that it will be done within 48 hours. i waited another 48 hours. When i call them back i was told another 48 hours which i did wait as well. When i call back no one could tell me when it will be done. I requested to speak to the manager and i was told that she is in a meeting i should call back after 30min i did so when i call again i was told that there is no manager. and my calls kept on being dropped.

From then until now when i call my calls don't get through.
