*****ed into a service package

I onced needed a loan and I went online to find some. Obviously I was declined because I was unemployed. Now couple of months later I get an invoice of a service package that I app**** for and that was never explained to me. The was never even a follow up email explaining all of this service package that I got my self into. And I never use any this service package. Now I have been invoiced
