Court Summons Served

I have the same issue with a supposed agreement breach (service pack). I realised too late that Loantracer SA are ******** and didn't cancel within the 7 day cooling off period. A court summons was sent to me. However, I noticed that there is no court name or case number in the summons. Everyone is complaining about legal threats from Lifestyle Legal, but I would like to know if there is anyone out there who had money taken from their salary via the court. Thanks
