Court Hungry, Money Seeking!

<p>I cancelled my subscription with Loan Locator SA, first and foremost because I could not even log into my account and when I phoned the number provided there was always something wrong. So, I was paying for a service that I did not receive!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>They gave me over to Lifestyle Legal because I was in breach of the telephone contract rambled off to me. I accept that I was stupid enough to agree to t's & c's over the phone but I can't pay the amount outstanding in one payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>After asking time and time again why I am in breach, but Loan Locator SA not - I did not receive the service after all - I gave up and just asked for someone to get back to me to make a payment arrangement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what! They sent a final letter of demand and summons to be issued!</p> <p> </p> <p>Great communication! NEVER AGREE TO ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE!!!!</p>
